Industrial digitalization and multiscale modelling
prof. dr hab. inż. Łukasz Madej
The research team conducts studies in the implementation of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 solutions. We specialize in computer-aided design, multi-scale modeling, and support systems based on IoT, VR, and AR technologies. We possess advanced equipment including computational servers with numerical simulation software, AI Odyssey A-Eye systems for industrial process analysis, blue light scanners, 3D printers, and robotic manufacturing stations. Our vision systems equipped with multispectral cameras enable defect identification in industrial conditions. We also maintain a microforming press aligned with Industry 5.0 concepts. Our solutions encompass reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, rheological and microstructural analyses, as well as VR/AR training systems.
